We look at the entire event holistically, ensuring every element—from the ingredients on the plate to the materials we use—is part of a cohesive, conscious vision for a better tomorrow.

Sourcing & Savoring

True quality begins with the ingredients. We are dedicated to using the freshest local and seasonal foods whenever possible. This commitment not only supports our local economy and reduces our carbon footprint, but it also ensures we are using the absolute best products for our clients and their guests.

We are also committed to using responsibly raised and wild-caught seafood. In support of this goal, we partnered with the Aquaculture Stewardship Council (ASC).

From Plate to Planet

Our commitment extends to what happens after the meal. We partner with CompostNow to ensure all organic waste is composted. In the rare event we have unused, wholesome food, it is donated to select community organizations.

​

We have also thoughtfully transitioned our disposable products to bagasse—a compostable product from sugarcane fibers—and carbon-neutral, corn-based alternatives.

Thoughtful Sips

Even our water is chosen with care. We proudly serve canned water from a minority and women-owned company with a local distribution hub. Aluminum is infinitely more recyclable than plastic or glass, and the local facility ensures a minimal carbon footprint for delivery.
